Dr. Jennifer Kolb

Dr. Jennifer Kolb is a Chattanooga native and attended Hixson High School. After graduating, she attended Auburn University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology. She taught fly fishing for Orvis after graduating while receiving her secondary science teaching degree. She subsequently taught high school Anatomy and Physiology for two years and then decided she wanted to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. She graduated with honors from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and began her career as an equine veterinarian. She joined our Riverview team in 2010. She has served as past secretary and president of the Hamilton County Veterinary Medical Association. 
In her free time, Dr. Kolb can be found fishing, kayaking or metal detecting. She is the proud parent of 2 stubborn corgis, 2 snarky chihuahuas and 2 lazy cats.
